Hi everyone – hoping to hear if anyone has a book that helped them re-define their relationship with food and helped them lose weight/get healthy and stay there. Maybe it’s that time of year for resolutions – but I’ve struggled with weight for years and just cant seem to figure out how to not treat food as an emotional crutch.
Does anyone have any favorites that helped them get and stay healthy?
