My wife has a ladies book club, they’re looking for cozy, autumn vibes recommendations. The genera can be nearly anything, from romcom, to historical fiction, autobiographical. Probably not scifi or fantasy, though tbh I’d love some suggestions for those for me personally!

We Ride Upon Sticks (gets tagged fantasy on Goodreads, but it isn’t at all, that’s just users tagging wrong.) Feel good, nostalgic, funny!
My cozy mystery book club just finished reading “A Deadly Bone to Pick” by Peggy Rothschild. It was a little edgier than some of the other cozies but it was cute.
“Lessons in Chemistry” by Garmus. An oddball, but not weird, book about a woman scientist in a world of men in the 1950s/60s, who reluctantly falls in love with a man and a dog. It’s not going to win the Pulitzer but it really is an enjoyable read. Have her read reviews of it.
