Character A is hurt or sick, Character B finds them and nurses them back to health. They fall in love.
I got a book with this premise in a mystery box and I thought it sounded really cute but unfortunately the prose were very ameture and distracting and I couldn’t finish it, so I’m looking for a different book.
Gender of the characters doesn’t matter. Open to most settings, contemporary, historical or fantasy. Bad weather or a war being involved in hurting/sickening the character is preferred.

If you don’t mind this as a small plotline in something huge and epic when it comes to the series size, Outlander’s Jamie and Claire start like that and over the years they help each other quite a few more times
When Gracie met the Grump by Mariana Zapata, I enjoyed it although I felt it ended too abruptly.
