Hi everyone. First off, thanks in advance for helping out! So I’m a 34 yr old man, who just got into reading. I was never big on it, and also have trouble reading. Not really dyslexic, just a hard time focusing on what I am reading. I just started the Will Trent series from author Karin Slaughter, mostly because I loved the tv show! I’m on the first book, and am hooked. So hooked, I just got myself a kindle to continue reading comfortably in bed. I plan on finishing out the Will Trent book series. I also just downloaded all the Percy Jackson books because I just watched the Disney plus series. I know that’s aimed to young adults, but I’m super into the Greek mythology.
So now that you got some of my background, here are my questions:
I would really like to listen to a podcast that is sort of like a book club. One that maybe recommends a book, and goes over every chapter every few days. Are there any podcasts like this? Also, if anyone here has any book recommendations based on the few books I am reading, I would love to know. I’m into fiction, mystery, maybe even a murder mystery, something with suspense? Looking forward to hearing everyones response. Thanks again!!

You might enjoy the podcast [The Newest Olympian](https://www.thenewestolympian.com/) if you’re reading Percy Jackson!
I’d also recommend reading Holes by Louis Sachar! It’s an excellent book that appeals to all ages, and the movie adaptation is excellent.
