I can’t find it it’s called the dart or something very similar it’s about a boy who lives in Dartmoor 1300s his village gets infected with the plague a lot of people he knows dies his mother gets infected and he sets off to find help gets attacked on the way and a woman with long red hair finds him and helps him he then talks her into helping his mother and ends up taking his sister to be her apprentice
