I am the only one in the family that doesn’t read. My wife and kids all love reading and I wish it was something I shared. In the past, for better or worse, I loved the Dan Brown books, The DaVinci Code, Angels and Demons, and The Lost Symbol. I also enjoyed the Phoenix Project. Based on those that I’ve read before are there any suggestions as to something that I may enjoy so I don’t feel like the dummy in the family that doesn’t read? Thank you for your help and not judging me 🙂

My go to rec for people who want to get into reading is Holes by Louis Sachar, because it appeals to all ages, has really short chapters, and is super engaging!
Try something like Sandstorm by James Rollins. It seems like it would be right up your alley. [Sandstorm](https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/183822)
