If AI can generate novels like Hemingway, Camus, Tolstoy, and King, I would certainly buy them. Plots from these books may seem strange or present a new perspective, so I want to see the world from the AI point of view. Novels are only texts, so I think it will come first for AI before it can generate good films like Nolan , good TV series like Lost or good viodeo games like elden ring or good music like Tchaikovsky.
I never thought that AI technology would progress this fast. I looked at the chatgptsubreddit and saw someone trick chatgpt into writing a long novel. I think that in a couple of years, maybe 4-7 years from now, we can see some good-tier novels from AI in bookstores or Amazon.
