I parent a middle grade/young adult reader, who likes to read. They have so far mostly read graphic novels, and love tea dragons, witch boy, the princess and the grilled cheese sandwich, Basil and Oregano. The last two for the queer storylines and the first two for the universe where it makes sense to take notes and make their own little encyclopaedia.
Now they just read Cinderella is dead, and though not as cozy as they prefer, liked it very much and was very hooked.
What can you recommend I find for their next books?
