Need some help with new book suggestions as I got credits to burn.
Bonus if it is slow burn romance over a series, and please no YA. I can’t stand that romance plots that could be fixed with one honest conversation. Or the hyper sexualized minds eye fucking that you have to endure in books like just DNF’d fourth wing because it was painful to read the hyper sexual awareness that drowned all plot.
Though I do feel love and sacrifice are huge themes and I don’t want to miss out on books that encompass those. I just like it to be secondary or parallel to an actual story.
I have been reading the reacher and Dresden files series to give you an idea of the type of books I gravitate to.
Any help is appreciated.
