I’m a 28M and like the title suggests, I’ve been having a bad month mental health wise and I want to read something that can help me practice mindfulness as well as being motivational to some degree. Basically a book that feels nurturing for the soul.
I’m seeing a therapist, which helps a lot, and I want to read something whether fiction, or non fiction, to help me navigate this weird period in my life.
Just throw some titles out there and I’ll check them out.
