I just passed all the tests for my dream career and now I’m getting even more serious about studying things that will help he in my profession…
My question to you lovely individuals is does anyone have recommendations for books regarding conflict resolution or learning about ways to properly de-escalate situations and be more ethical and personable in difficult situations?
This will be a huge part of my job and I want to really dial in and read up on this topic (or any other books surrounding this general topic that you might have read or know about!)
