I’ve been reading exclusively non-fiction books for the past few years and with work and studying for work certificates I cant bring myself to read someone that also feels like learning.
I want a fun, enjoyable book to read. It could be anything really, I just don’t want it to feel like I’m learning something.

City of Thieves by David Benioff was a fantastic read that covered all emotions. It was light, fun, tugged on my heart strings, and had some action and suspense.

“The Rook”, by Daniel O’Malley. It’s pure Men In Black-type ridiculousness, very well-written and surprisingly hilarious. First of three books, too.
The Very Secret Society of Irregular Witches by Sangu Mandanna
Severance Package by Duane Swierczynski is like a fun action-comedy.
Bloodsucking Fiends or A Dirty Job (or really anything) by Christopher Moore. Funniest fiction author I’ve read.
