Hey everyone,
I am looking for a book that deals with the question to what degree humans can transcend their thinking, themselves or if we are too restricted by, for example, our language to do that (the latter is just one example as Wittgenstein once put). I have read a bit of Kahnemann’s “Thinking fast and slow” which tackles this on a scientific basis and have some good knowledge on cognitive science and some parts of philosophy.
I do not necessarily look for non-fiction, it can also be fiction or philosophical works. No real boundaries on that. The only thing I require is that it deals with it in depth and is not just scraping the surface.
I am grateful for every recommendation 🙂
