I’m curious about whether it’s worth reading or not. The miniseries looks interesting and I watched a tiny bit of the original one years back. Is this a worthy read? Has anyone read it and did you enjoy it?
Yes, it’s great! Also, you won’t know if you connect with it unless you try it. All books are so subjective!

I just started. About 100 pages in. Playing some old Japanese music while reading. Looking for a map! And going to need some notes to remember the Feudal Lord reporting structure.🙂

It’s long but worth it. The first part of the book moves a little slowly, but once it gets going it’s fantastic. Basically, once Blackthorne gets out of the cellar, shit starts getting good.
