Looking for a nonfiction read that takes place in remote northern areas – places like Alaska, Greenland, the arctic, Antarctica etc. and is about the lives of the people living there or some interesting incidents that occurred there, or even about the wildlife and nature there.
Some of the nonfiction books I’ve liked that cover this region are Endurance by Alfred Lansing, Coming Into the Country by John McPhee and Arctic Dreams by Barry lopez.
Any other good ones?
