Books about lonely and depressed people

Ive been searching for a long time on books about loneliness, depression and having no friends and I already know all the classics, no longer human, myth of sisyphus, notes from underground, etc, etc. I haven’t found any new recs so i’m asking for recs in lesser known books that deal with topics of depression and loneliness. doesn’t have to be a classic but any fiction book or literature in general
