Books that are good from the first chapter, but please be sure to include a little engaging description of the book in question. Bc why would anyone want to read a book just based off the title? 🙂 Thank you
Example:
The Lies of Locke Lamora: starts with blind priest asking for donations and when the chapter ends you find out he’s not a priest and the building he’s in front of isn’t a church, but a stash house for him and his criminal friends

The Rook by Daniel O’Malley.
A woman wakes up in a London park in the rain, surrounded by bodies.
She has no memory of anything and 2 letters in her coat pocket from herself which help her find out what happened and navigate her way through a very unusual secret service.
