Looking for a book title

I hope this post is allowed, if not I understand. However I am looking for a book I read in high-school but for the life of me can’t remember the name. Some vague details I remember. It revolves around a guy who is a sniper, competing (I guess) against other snipers. He has a female handler for his mission that he falls for, and at the end of the book has a telekinetic battle with one of the other snipers on the presidents private ranch home. I know that’s not a lot to go on, but I have hope someone can help me.
