I’ve been reading way more than usual these past few weeks, due to finally being on college break. I love reading and I want to get up to speed with all the books I didn’t have time for last semester.
And I noticed I’ve been dreaming a lot. I’m the kind of person who usually rarely remembers their dreams, but now I do almost every night. Many times the dreams have scenes that have to do with whatever I’m reading, but sometimes just it’s random stuff too.
The only times I notice an uptick in my dream frequency is when I’m really stressed or anxious and my sleep becomes a wreck. But now I’m sleeping well, and still dreaming more. I’m very curious if there’s any science behind this; what’s your experience?
