My local library also uses Libby. It’s great. When I buy audiobooks, I use Libro.fm which has an app but also gives you MP3 files so you don’t need a particular app to play them.

I’m satisfied with BookBeat, both with the quality and price. The content may not be as large as for Audible, but I always find something to listen to. I’m currently on a 20 hour per month subscription, which usually equals two books to listen to per month. They also have an unlimited option.
