I mentioned to some friends in my club that i was eager to get back to my “story” and they immedietly clocked me for reading fanfic and tried to make fun of me by proding. I pivoted and described a bit of Jade City, as i was planning to start that book after the fic. Luckily i stayed less weird in their minds. Im guessing that they think reading fanfic is weird because they think it is only sex. Ironically the fic i was reading had no sex in it while Jade City does. What a weird conversation to navigate! I just thought it was funny little story and wanted to share. Im still very early in Jade City tag spoilers please.
