I want to read about a character like Eren Jaeger. Strong willed, motivated, weak but has immense character growth.
In a world similar to the AOT universe (tragic, terrifying, violent, hopeless, and a magic system that makes sense)
I’m looking for a fantasy book that is high stakes, emotional, etc. I also like a romance sub-plot but it’s okay if there isn’t one if the characters are really interesting.
It can be a series. I’m already reading The Poppy War series by R.F. Kuang 🙂

The Giver and The Lies of Locke Lamora come to mind with Eren Jaegar. But it’s hard to match the tragedy level of AOT lol
