I’m currently reading 1984, and while I like the book and definitely plan to finish reading it, The story itself is bland. I like it because it makes me think.

    My questions are:

    1. **Out of the following books: 1984, Brave New World, Fahrenheit 451, which one do you like the most? Why?**
    2. **Are the stories of the books all bland, or is it just 1984?**

    2. Of the three, Fahrenheit 451 is probably my fave and definitely has the better story, IMO. Guy’s disillusionment with his role in society is satisfying to discover and I think is something we all can identify with in some small or big way.

I will say I enjoyed all three of these, but I’ve not re-read 1984 and don’t plan to.

    3. 1984 is the best story to me. I can’t imagine thinking it was bland. It was a page turner, I read it in 2 days.

    4. I liked Brave New World the most, Fahrenheit 451 the least, although I haven’t reread any of them in a while.

I don’t think the stories of any of them are that bland.
