I have the old book on my bookshelf. I’m more of an ereader these days and was looking for it to either rent from the library or purchase. But everywhere I look for a digital copy, it seems like the original paper book is split into two parts. So now I would have to buy 2 digital books? Is there added content I would miss if I just read the paper book?

They just did this. I bought the whole thing for $1.99 back in November or December. Then noticed it wasn’t available at all. Now it’s back and split into two. New series, new cash grab.
I just noticed this the other day actually since my original copy is pretty well torn up. FX has a miniseries coming in the next month or so. I figure that’s the reason plus more profit having split it in two.
