My niece loves books. She adores The Hunger Games, Harry Potter and anything she can lay her hands on. Has anyone got any suggestions for what I can get her for her birthday?

Or you could buy her some book-adjacent gifts: a beautiful bookmark, some cozy socks & laprobe (you know, for those cozy reading sessions), some snacks (for whilst reading), or even an eReader.
13 is tough, my daughter had read through so many series and was a proficient reader, but wasn’t really ready for the mature/sex/violence in some of the older books.
Has your niece read the Ranger’s Apprentice series? or Naomi Novik’s Temeraire series? She might like them if she like HP.

The Fault in Our Stars (there’s some other books by the same author that are great as well), The Book Thief. To All the Boys I Loved Before and Summer I Turned Pretty are good series as well!

Codex of alera by Jim butcher. A fan requested a Pokémon and Roman empire book and this was the solution. Lol. This reminds of harry potter in some ways but better.
