Aside from publisher or author-specific mailing lists and websites, what are some good ways to keep up with new or upcoming releases? Are there any good sites for this, even genre-specific ones?

I often find interesting books a year or even years after it was published. I’m subscribed to several publisher and author newsletters, but it gets a bit overwhelming to have to filter though so much in different emails.

There are a few YouTubers I follow for sci-fi specifically, but between this and multiple newsletters, it tends to get complicated.

Are there any good websites for aggregating this sort of thing, or am I doomed to subscribe to multiple newsletters and YouTubers?

    1. The Goodreads monthly new releases section is probably the most useful part of the entire website. It has new releases by authors you already have read (the most important), popular new releases by genre, and an overall aggregated new releases of all genres by overall popularity. It goes about six months ahead at a time.

    2. I signed up for Bookbub emails, mostly to get alerts on discounted ebooks, but they have a weekly email of new releases that had helped me just stay aware of what is coming out

    3. If you literally just want to know what books are coming out this week and a little bit about each of them, Book Riot’s “All The Books” does that. I’d also recommend their main podcast (called simply “Book Riot”) where they more loosely (bibbit) discuss industry news.
