Now of course we’re generally all aware of George R.R. Martin and Patrick Rothfuss, but I’m interested to hear from you all about writers who you know about, that have had a project in the works for a looong time, that you are anticipating.
I’m happy to hear about books of any genre. Whether it’s fiction, history or psychology, anything goes.
A book thats been in the works for ages that I am anticipating is ‘Kids In Space: Why Teen Mental Health is Collapsing’. The first part of a three part series of books from Psychology author Johnathan Haidt. He initially intended for this book to be a chapter in a different book, but it grew and grew until it became a book in itself. So now for the next three years there’s going to be a book a year from him all to make one giant thesis statement. Quite the undertaking.
