At the end of Part 2 of the book, Sammy and Joe reject Anapol’s offer to buy The Escapist and pay their whole crew because the money is too low, but so far in chapter 1 of Part 3 Joe is working there and with Anapol? Was there a time jump? Do Sammy and Joe just take the deal and we don’t see it? Did I miss something?
