Looking for recommendations for books about robots! Specifically sentient robots/AI that are seen sympathetically (not ones where they’re all the bad guys etc). Bonus points if part of the story or subplot involves the robot(s) finding their ‘humanity’ for lack of a better word. For examples, I really like the the Companions in Stray, and the Geth in Mass Effect. I do have the Murderbot Diaries on my to-read list as well.
