I’m about halfway through Andy Weir’s “Project Hail Mary” and while I’m enjoying the story and excited to see where it goes from here, I have to say I have never been made to feel more unintelligent by a book than this one.
As someone who isn’t a huge physics / chem nerd I could really do without five pages explaining how Rocky breathes and maintains his internal temperature. Also the main character is quite self-masturbatory at times. Am I alone in feeling like this?
