A book about the loneliness of moving to a big city, and finding friends as a shy person

I recently moved to a new big city and now I caught covid, feel alone and isolated, and wanna read some books about friendships in new cities, bonus if it’s about a shy introverted person. I wouldn’t mind non fiction as well. Any suggestions?
