Most book reading I have done was limited to a select few series of Japanese light novels. Recently I was suggested to read the author KD Robertson as they believed he would match with my taste and bring me outside the world of Japanese light novels. After finishing one of Robertson’s books I can say that I did enjoy it and was wondering if I could find more suggestions based on his style. I can also provide further details on what that might be.
Robertson’s books are all fiction. They are either fantasy or sci-fi with a good amount of action. These books are erotic, they have sex in them. I do enjoy depictions of sexuality because I think this is a core part of being human and you can’t tell a human story without the parts that make up human experience. However, rather then being actual smut, there are real engaging plot lines, fun characters world building, magic, monsters, drama, action, political intrigue, and everything else you might expect from a fantasy novel.
It is of course an opinion that his books are good. You are free to disagree but hopefully you understand what it is I am looking for. If you are aware of any other authors or books like this I would appreciate your suggestions
