I wish so badly someone has warned me about this book. Convenience Store Women is one of my favourite books of all time, so I was so excited to read another one of her novels when I found it. I honestly do not know how to explain this novel without this post being flagged NSFW, but I so badly wish I had been warned of the content, it is so horrificly triggering and upsetting. I almost want to try to finish it due to my love of this author, but I am crying from shock (dramatic I know, but that is my honest reaction) after finishing chapter two.
