I’m writing a story right now where the main protagonist and her sister argue about what to do with their ailing parent. The protagonist has been caring for the parent and tries to convince her sister to move closer to help. She’s a bit selfish, but in some ways it’s understandable.
I would like to read more on family dynamics like this, where the protagonist is maybe a bit selfish or centered on her needs, but maybe the other siblings are also unwilling to compromise.
I feel like this may be a bit vague so I can add more if needed.
