I’ve resolved to read 1 book per month this year. I used to be an avid reader before I had kids so this isn’t a new hobby for me. They can’t be too terribly long because I have a lot on my plate. I’m starting with 2 Dan Brown books. I really enjoy fiction, but I’ll pick up nonfiction if it really tickles my fancy.
To give you an idea of what I like my two favourite books are LOTR and The Hobbit. I’ve read loads of Tolkien and thoroughly enjoyed it. I like a well done fantasy novel. But I also enjoy books like The DaVinci Code. I am fascinated by ancient history, in particular the Romans and Egyptians. I’m also starting my own business so if you have any good books pertaining to that I’m all ears.
