I’ve never been much of a reader, I have tried before and it didn’t work out. Until my mum came up and asked what books I wanna keep, she was giving books I hadn’t read to her best friend’s daughter.
It reminded me I needed to finish The Diary Of Anne Frank, I was able to finish by last night. I normally read for an hour or so – but last night I read for about five hours trying to finish Anne Frank’s Diary before New Year’s Day. That was the only book I read last year. It made me realise I do enjoy reading. I think I just put it off cause I’m dyslexic and things like that.
So is 5 a good number to reach for by the end of 2024 as a beginner??
