I know many people on here and who talk about books often read enormous amounts of books a year. I however am a college student who is very busy and I’m trying to set a reading goal for this next year. I originally thought that maybe 12 is good, one a month. But I thought about how I read and that sometimes I finish a book in 2 days and other times it takes me over a year to finish a book. So how am I supposed to make a reading goal that won’t leave me disappointed at the end of the year. I know many people are going to say to not have one and just read when I want to but it’s hard to motivate myself to read if I have no motive. I’m a big mood reader and sometimes reading is just not the mood.
