For instance, this year I read clown in a cornfield. I found it a bore and heavily disappointing. too formulaic and it slowed down when it got interesting every time due to the formula, for me personally.
However….when I think back on it I feel a certain craving to go read it again. And I think back on it quite positively in a way.
Am I the only one who has this? if not, what books did you have this with?
