Hi, I’m looking to improve my mindset and overall attitude towards things in the new year. In recent months I have found myself to be rather critical of myself, my husband, and others. I would normally consider myself pretty happy go lucky and I think the shift came with motherhood. So I’m looking for a SH book on being less critical of others, critical of self, having a positive outlook on life, or maybe something related to postpartum anger. Any suggestions?
