I got really into reading about 2 years ago, but I haven’t read for over a year now and I’m slow as molasses in January when it comes to reading as it is. My favorite books are Jane Eyre and Wuthering Heights. Last book I read was Gone with the Wind and I’ve read several other classics such as, Pride & Prejudice, The Great Gatsby, etc.
I haven’t read many new books, aside from Colleen Hoover books (please do not suggest her work, because I hate it lol). I’m just in a rut, but want to get back into it. I would like it to be with a female protagonist, something romantic, maybe a teeny bit of fantasy, but not too much. I want it to be of this world, but it could have some elements of otherworldliness. Ooh! Some adventure, too! I also wouldn’t hate the idea of something old west.
Also, feel free to throw in a suggestion that sounds nothing like what I described, but that you think I should try out.
