My world was absorbed by Dark Matter when I read it last year — I love that feeling of wanting to completely tune out life to finish a book and have been chasing that high again.
As I know the may be common suggestions, I’ve read:
✔️ Recursion by Blake Crouch — five stars, I bawled.
✔️ Project Hail Mary by Andy Weir — a masterpiece.
✖️ Upgrade by Blake Crouch — wasn’t a fan.
✖️ Watched the Wayward Pines TV series years ago and doubt the series will have the same punch for me now?
I know Dark Matter & the like aren’t everyone’s cup of tea, but hopefully this can be a comment thread for those who wish they could give themselves selective amnesia reread it for the first time.
