I marked this as having spoilers, though I am only mentioning two names that are in the book, so I wouldn’t consider this as spoilers, as it is an observational opinion and the rest of what I am mentioning are public names relating to Jim Carrey’s real life over the years, as he is a public figure.

In the book, I know that the name, ‘Georgie,’ is cross-referring at least two of Jim’s real life past love’s: Lauren Holly and Jenny McCarthy; and probably his first wife Melissa (though she is mentioned by her real first name once). One of the women I am assuming the name ‘Helena’ is referring to, is the last, late girlfriend/user, Cat. Renee Zellweger and Linda Ronstadt are named outright, maybe because of the respect for those women compared to the others in his life that had left a bad taste and used him in some way. I read that Jim had a Great Dane dog named George, and this could be far-fetched, but, I wonder if calling the women Georgie would be possibly insinuating in a way, (obviously completely contrary to his loving pet George) aside from not naming them due to a legality or an avoidance of gossip sites discussing those relationships or something like that, that they, or part of their personalities, are liken to a dog, not a male, but a female dog, a bitch. Also, I am not sure if ‘Helena’ is taken from another dog of Jim’s or even a pussy(cat) if that was intentional that was genius, if not, Dana or Jim, if you happen to read this I would be interested to know how the names Georgie and Helena were coined for those different women. Random or intention?
