I’m finishing up Stephanie Garber’s Once Upon a Broken Heart trilogy. I enjoyed the premise of the books, but I’m realizing that YA as a genre is just something I don’t really enjoy anymore. The writing style is not vibing with me. So, I’d love any recs for books that are NA or Adult with the same feel as OUABH.
I particularly love the angsty sexual tension, slow burn, and court politics of the series. Spice/smut is fine, but not necessary. I do prefer books that have either a M/F relationship or F/F.
I am not a fan of Sara J Maas or Rebecca Yaros!
