I’ve been in a slump lately. My job requires me to stare at a screen most of the day, and I find that by the end of the day when I want to read for pleasure, my eyes are simply too tired. I can get about 5 pages into a book before I just want to close my eyes.
I’ve never been able to get into audiobooks because I process written words more easily than hearing someone speak them. But, I want to give them a try. Suggest me your favorite audiobooks with great stories *and* great performances by the narrator. Looking for fiction only, please. Any genre.
