I might be here prematurely. But I had read about 1/3 of 4-5 books this year and just could not care to finish them.
I kept seeing Lonesome Dove recommended so I took a chance and bought it for my kindle. About a week later I ended up in the hospital for a week (I’m fine) and read almost half of it. It might climb to the top of my list as my favorite book.
I have roughly 150 pages left and I’m savoring it because I don’t want it to end. So thank you to everyone who recommended it over and over.
