Pls help, I have a secret Santa coming up and I would like to give a novel to them. I predominantly read thrillers and horror books, but she doesn’t want those genres. She also does not like classical romance, science fiction and brutal tragedies either. She likes books on modern history but I don’t know any good books on that topic? And I’m scared to get her a book she’s already read? Any suggestions, Reddit? Serious answers only pls ;u;
