Give me a book that’s like Hi Ren. Immerse me in hundreds of pages of wild, emotional, brilliant chaos. Something like this:
Story: brutally honest about the condition of humanity
Narrative method: unique, mixing of styles and voices and tempos
Message: raw and painful but hopeful. Not looking for something that’s just pure misery.
Genre: irrelevant
I’ve read many great books, but not sure I’ve ever been stirred by any in quite the same way as I have by that song.
