I finished reading “If we were villains” and it was such an enjoyable read for me. I just absolutely love it when literature exposes humans and their ugliest, naked, raw emotions and the complexity of human interactions and relationships. Not to mention paying hommage to Shakespeare who was the first author I was obsessed with as a kid was an incredibly well fit choice for telling a tragedy a no one does it better than he does. Overall, my first and probably last 5 stars read of 2023. I know many people might not find this book interesting but I just wanted to share my love and appreciation for books with everyone.
