Im currently looking for a book that helps me develop my interpersonal skills and become more strong minded and assertive. I am 20 yo and last year showed me my lack of confidence in handling official matters. Can you suggest me books about confidence talking, effective communication, persuasion etc.

Ury’s Getting Past No: Negotiating in Difficult Situations was really helpful to me emotional students and aggressive administrators. He does a nice job of giving you techniques that make you more confident and, in my experience, actually work pretty well.
