I always wanted to understand the female gaze and how to be a better lover, but in my research for materials to study I only found the Alpha Sygma Males telling trash tips and pick-up techniques and books for women where the protagonist a woman experiences love. When the first are useless the seconds I fail to relate with the character making them difficult to learn from being also written in the wrong POV for my “research”.
Any suggestions of books or manga that can help my quest to understand love?

You could try reading some romance novels with dual pov then. The twisted series by ana Huang is a really nice one I like. It has both the male and female povs.
